Ticket Terms & Conditions
• Admission includes event entry, dinner service, and open bar access during scheduled event hours.
• Tickets are non-refundable after September 13, 2026.
• Tickets may be transferred to another attendee prior to September 20, 2026 by contacting the event organizers.
• Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued identification may be required.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any attendee who appears intoxicated or otherwise violates venue policies.
• Event schedule, menu offerings, and entertainment are subject to change without notice.
• By attending, guests grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for alumni chapter communications, social media, and future promotional materials.
• The Stephenville Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter and event venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal property.
• Tickets are available while supplies last and admission is limited by venue capacity.
• All proceeds support the Stephenville Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter and its mission to support alumni engagement and undergraduate brother development.
